I have 5 MD366J/A Gen 3 iPads. Four of them have iOS 9.3.5, and one will only go as high as iOS 8.2. The iPads need to run in Single App Mode for assessment purposes.

ONLY Configurator 2 is available in the App Store. It will not work with less than iOS10.x.x.

Someone sent me a copy of Configurator 1.7.2, and it will not work on OSx 10.6.8 OR iOS 10.13.13.

Is there a solution to my dilemma? No one from Apple has been able to help yet. In fact, Configurator 1.7.2 is no longer available in the App Store, and I'm uncomfortable downloading it from a 3rd party domain (untrusted).

To use Apple Configurator 2.13, you must have a Mac with macOS 10.15.6 or later. Apple Configurator 2 supports the following devices:

• iPhone

• iPod touch

• Apple TV (3rd generation) profile installation only

• Apple TV (HD or 4K)
